My practice is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support.

I specialize in treating and managing a wide range of concerns including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Addictions, PTSD, Stress, Suicidal Ideation, Borderline Personality Disorder.

I use evidence-based approaches for treating trauma, anxiety and depressive disorders including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and others.

As a parent to a young family, I understand the unique pressures and joys that come with balancing personal growth, relationships, and everyday life. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, offering a safe and supportive space for healing and meaningful change.

Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space where meaningful healing can begin and I support clients in building resilience, restoring balance, and achieving long-term recovery.

Maria Enright-Castejon

With heavy hearts, we mourn the sudden loss of our cherished friend, therapist, and co-founder of ReThink Therapy. Maria was more than a therapist, she was a source of wisdom, laughter, a guiding light, and steady presence in our practice, and her passing has left us heartbroken.

As a therapist, Maria brought heartfelt commitment to the QTBIPOC community ensuring her practice is inclusive, culturally informed, and affirming. Her vision has shaped our practice to a place of safety, healing and hope. Her loss leaves a deep void in our hearts and the community she served. We will continue to honour her legacy in the work we do every day. We will miss her laughter, insight, and warmth that she brought. Her legacy continues to live on in the lives she touched... We are committed to carrying forward Maria's values and upholding the legacy of care and support she built with us.
